Embassy Suites Omaha- La Vista/ Hotel & Conference Center, La Vista

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were clean, but there was an unexpected charge issue. The service was friendly and accommodating, yet there were some concerns regarding children taking over common areas. The location was convenient but had its drawbacks. The dining experience was enjoyable, offering a good variety of hot food options. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positive and negative experiences. The rooms were really spacious and had a door between the living room and bed, offering privacy from the kids but lacked exterior wall views. On the flip side, the evening snacks could have been much better. The service was a bit scattered, with staff seeming overwhelmed at times. However, they did try their best, including providing room service and housekeeping. The hotel's location was convenient off the interstate in Colorado, but at times it got loud, especially in the lobby late at night. Dining was okay with made-to-order eggs but could have offered more variety.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were overall comfortable, but there was some built-in dirt around the bathroom door. The suite setup with a small living area by the window facing the corridor was nice. The hotel didn't offer any discounts for the seminar I attended and also didn't direct bill the room to the company. One major issue was that all the sinks backed up when running water for more than 3 seconds.
